You may cancel your TruckRate Pro subscription at any time, for any reason, with no cancellation fee or penalty. We don't believe in trapping customers.
For example, if you subscribe on May 1st and cancel on May 15th, you keep full access through May 31st — and your card will not be charged on June 1st.
To cancel your subscription:
You'll receive a confirmation email when your cancellation is processed.
All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, credits, or partial refunds for:
• Periods where you didn't actively use the service
• Accidental renewals (though we'll try to help — see below)
• Dissatisfaction with features or results
We strongly encourage you to take advantage of the free trial before subscribing to make sure TruckRate Pro is the right fit for your operation.
If you were charged in error — for example, if you cancelled before a renewal date and were charged anyway — contact us within 48 hours of the charge and we will review it and issue a refund if the error was on our end.
When your subscription ends, your account is downgraded to a free (limited) account. Your data is not deleted immediately.
After 90 days of inactivity, your data may be permanently deleted from our servers. You can export your quote history as PDF at any time from the History tab in your account.
Free trials are offered at our discretion. Trial periods are not charged — you will only be billed once a paid subscription is activated.
If a trial is offered with a credit card on file, we will notify you 3 days before the trial ends so you can cancel before being charged if you choose not to continue.
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes — particularly to the refund terms — we will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days in advance.
Continued use of TruckRate Pro after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
