Cancellation

You may cancel your TruckRate Pro subscription at any time, for any reason, with no cancellation fee or penalty. We don't believe in trapping customers.

When you cancel, your subscription remains fully active until the last day of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after that date.

For example, if you subscribe on May 1st and cancel on May 15th, you keep full access through May 31st — and your card will not be charged on June 1st.

To cancel your subscription:

Log in to truckrate.pro and click your avatar in the top right

Click ⚙ Account → go to the Subscription tab

Click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm. That's it — no forms, no phone calls.

You'll receive a confirmation email when your cancellation is processed.

Refund Policy

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, credits, or partial refunds for:

• Unused days remaining in a billing period after cancellation
• Periods where you didn't actively use the service
• Accidental renewals (though we'll try to help — see below)
• Dissatisfaction with features or results

We strongly encourage you to take advantage of the free trial before subscribing to make sure TruckRate Pro is the right fit for your operation.

Accidental Charges

If you were charged in error — for example, if you cancelled before a renewal date and were charged anyway — contact us within 48 hours of the charge and we will review it and issue a refund if the error was on our end.

Email us at billing@truckrate.pro with your account email and the charge date. We respond within 1 business day.

Your Data After Cancellation

When your subscription ends, your account is downgraded to a free (limited) account. Your data is not deleted immediately.

Your quote history, saved lanes, company profile, and logo are preserved for 90 days after your subscription ends. If you resubscribe within 90 days, everything will be exactly as you left it.

After 90 days of inactivity, your data may be permanently deleted from our servers. You can export your quote history as PDF at any time from the History tab in your account.

Trial Periods

Free trials are offered at our discretion. Trial periods are not charged — you will only be billed once a paid subscription is activated.

If a trial is offered with a credit card on file, we will notify you 3 days before the trial ends so you can cancel before being charged if you choose not to continue.

TruckRate Pro offers 3 free quotes without any account required. Additional access requires a subscription or a trial granted by our team.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes — particularly to the refund terms — we will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days in advance.

Continued use of TruckRate Pro after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
